Return guide
If you are not satisfied
with the product you receive, we support commodity return and exchange without
reason within 30 business days. In addition, we usually process refunds within
1-2 business days, provided the following conditions:
Refrigerator Water Filters:
Eligibility:
Refrigerator water filters can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Conditions:
Filters must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Water Filter Pitchers:
Eligibility:
Water filter pitchers are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase.
Conditions:
The pitcher and filter must be unused, in their original packaging, and without
signs of wear or damage.
Water Filter Systems:
Eligibility:
Water filter systems are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase.
Conditions: Systems
must be in their original packaging and a like-new condition, free from damage
or wear.
Note: Please get in touch with customer service in
advance if you need to return or exchange. All returns without prior
communication will not be processed.
Cancellation: Cancellations are supported within 30 minutes of placing
an order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at helo@dutasticomp.com.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
If
you have a refund, please pay attention: After your refund application is
approved, the payment amount will be returned to your payment account in the
same way, but the shipping fee is not refundable. Due to different payment
methods, the processing time of the refund to the report will also be
different, generally between 1 to 2 working days. If it is overdue, please
contact us via Email at helo@dutasticomp.com.
Return Instructions
Due
to the unique nature of the goods on the website, please check whether they
have quality problems and whether they meet your wishes after arrival.
If
you received an item damaged or defective, we would happily replace or refund
items at no cost if the return request is made up to 30 days from the delivery
date.
If
the product is damaged differently from the return request when the product is
returned to the warehouse, we will reject your return request and return the
product. But, again, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.
Return Request
Before returning a
product, please contact us at helo@dutasticomp.com to confirm the return
process. Suppose it is our
reason, such as the function is damaged, etc.; when you contact us by Email, we
may ask you to show the unpacking video, product details pictures, etc.; please
keep it properly until the whole return and exchange process finish. We will
ship the missing products to you within 1 to 2 working days after confirming
the situation, and we will bear the cost of re-delivery.
Suppose
you are dissatisfied with the item after receiving it. In that case, we accept
return requests for the item in new and unused condition with original
manufacturer packaging, in which the user will bear case postage. The site does
not charge a relisting fee.
